Chez Roux
Chez Roux is inspired by Chef Michel’s childhood memories in rural Kent during the 1960s. His father, Albert Roux OBE, was a private chef for the Cazalet family and created the first menus for Le Gavroche. Our menu reflects these influences, blending historical British favourites with traditional French culinary techniques.
